Palantir is very excited to announce that Ken Rickard will be joining the Palantir team as of May 19. Ken comes to Palantir after more than a decade managing the development of new technologies, strategy, and innovation in the online newspaper industry. In addition to his community and project work, Ken will provide leadership, vision, and training for Palantir and our clients.

Ken (aka agentrickard) is a well-known member of the Drupal community who is the maintainer and author of several modules, the co-chair of the Newspapers on Drupal group, and a popular speaker at Drupalcon and other industry conferences.

Ken is also known for his work on the Knight Drupal Initiative, an ongoing grant program for Drupal by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, as well as providing mentorship for students involved in Google Summer of Code.

We are also excited to announce the recent promotions of Larry Garfield and Colleen Carroll. Both Colleen and Larry provide technical and strategic leadership on Palantir projects, working to ensure the successful development and deployment of Web sites and Web-based applications. Larry (aka Crell) is well-known for his Drupal development on numerous modules and work with data architecture in the upcoming Drupal 7. Colleen's theming prowess can be viewed on many sites including the Indianapolis Museum of Art and Art Institute of Chicago Online Collections.

And finally, we've completed the move into our new Chicago office, located in west Lincoln Park on the city's North Side. With 4,000 square feet of space, our new location is designed to provide additional opportunities for growth, collaboration, and community involvement.

Lots of changes. All good.
