Tiffany Farriss will be headlining the show as part of the Drupal.org Redesign session. Come meet the design firm the Drupal Association has hired to give our home a much needed makeover. You'll like them, we promise. :-) She'll also be part of of a panel/round-table discussion on Attracting & Retaining Drupal Talent talking about her second favorite subject, Palantir. (Her favorite, of course, is Kiki the office puppy.) Finally, Tiffany and Larry will be tag-teaming Drupal for Museums, a match made in the Renaissance.
George DeMet has already tired himself out as a track co-chair for the Showcase track, so he'll only be giving one session. It should be a good one, though, talking about Dos and Don'ts for Designing in Drupal.
DrupalCon regular Ken Rickard, when not moonlighting as a "Growing Drupal" track co-chair, will be talking about The Knight Drupal Initaitive, aka "people with lots of money want to give it to cool Drupal projects that empower people". If you want them to give you money, come on by to see what it's all about. Of course, any cool project will probably have to deal with the mess that is Using Node Access, so come by Ken's second talk (with special guest star Moshe Weitzman) to understand how it all works. Be sure to stop by the BoF afterward.
Sam Boyer, who works part time for Palantir on the rare occasion we can pull him away from Panels, will be giving back to back talks on, you guessed it, Panels! Join him in Diving Down the Rabbit Hole to see inside the wonderland that is part 2 of the ofChaos suite, and then see the long term vision for Panels in Panels - Today, and the Future.
And last but certainly not least, yours truly will be busy as well. After joining Tiffany for the Museums session, come on by and see the Drupal Databases: The Next Generation. We'll be talking about the new API both in concept and in specifics, as well as advice for others looking to overhaul a major Drupal subsystem. Larry will also be talking about Handlers, his latest crazy idea to make Drupal more dynamic and flexible. (Hint: If you're in the "we need to use more objects" crowd, this is where you want to be.) You can also find Larry on the Drupal Association panel talking about copyright and other boring subjects. And finally, he'll be joining Drupal guru chx to host a BoF on Druapl 7's new introspective code registry and how to best leverage it in your modules.
Whew! Well, so much for vacation. It should still be an awesome time, though. Are you registered yet? If not, hurry up before the price goes up again! It's still one of the least expensive professional conferences you can attend, and way cooler than those others anyway. If you really want to share in the Drupal love, there's still spaces open for sponsors! Think about it; for the cost of attending many conferences, you can be a booklet-listed sponsor for DrupalCon. How can you go wrong with that?
See you in Szeged!

Glad to See!
Glad to see you guys are doing great things in the Drupal community! Hopefully you'll be able to get some rest while in touring that beautiful European country.
If it wasn't said before, thanks for all the Drupal knowledge and I wish you guys the best!
