For many of us, asking for and receiving feedback can be the most nerve-inducing part of our working lives. We often take a passive approach, which robs us of control over the impact we have on the teams, companies, and communities we are part of.

Join this session to learn the step-by-step process of how to ask for and analyze feedback by going through a real example. Come see how turning fear of the unknown into a willingness for open conversation can empower us to take ownership of our future growth.
